Delivery costs when ordering online can be confusing. In an attempt to keep our delivery charges simple and easy to understand we just send everything FREE OF CHARGE
For your peace of mind all orders are sent using Royal Mail 1st Class. If you are unable to take delivery at home simply let us know, or specify an alternative delivery address when ordering. Your signature may will be required upon delivery.
We have an express delivery option at checkout which costs 6.95 if you require your goods urgently. This service is guaranteed next working day and we'll usually text you with a 1 hour delivery slot.
If your goods are required for a certain date please let us know!
Everything is engraved to order so please allow up to 7 days for your order to arrive if you select standard delivery
Overseas orders
If ordering from abroad, scottish highlands, channel islands please give us a call on 01933 279812 before placing your order to discuss delivery times and costs.
Returns:
Please not we don't accept returns of personalised items unless the item is damaged or engraved incorrectly.
